This article shows the production process of a manufacturing element such as a bicycle, for which through algorithms both the production process and demand are planned, adjusting the methods to be able to satisfy it from the point of view of various production techniques, such as Just in Time, among others. The manufacturing element can be divided into several types, so the diversification of production will be necessary to meet the requirements of the demand. Stock planning, slack limits and minimum costs will be analyzed within the cost function that will model what has been described.
